Happy School Party Valentines Day! We have been busy getting ready for the school parties. I cant even help at Archer's school party because they dont allow younger siblings and that is very weird for me. Oh well, Ive decided to just enjoy not having so many (or any) commitments. Other than being the driver, cleaner, cook for the family. ;-)

On Facebook I did the "25 random things about yourself" so I decided to repost it here in the spirit of recycling. Id love to hear 25 random things about you all, so post them in the comments section.
1. Im a lot of fun starting with my third cocktail, consequently I now have a two drink limit.
2. I think Disney might secretly be very evil, but they sure put on a great parade
3. I put the same energy into raising my boys as I used to put into my job, which is frequently exhausting
4. I love a slow, really sad song and as a kid listened to a cassette of Purple Rain over and over and over and over and over
5. I was very shy growing up and could go a whole day to school without saying a word
6. I have a secret affinity for really offensive rap music. My husband says it proves Im not old (yet) and suggests I wear headphones when listening to it around the kids
7. I once did Karaoke to Rick Springfield’s Jessie’s Girl in a private Karaoke room in Tokyo รก la the movie Lost in Translation. It didn’t sound as good as it does in the shower.
8. I managed to marry the best man ever, despite knowing him only briefly before the wedding. I can say that now, since our 13th anniversary was this week!
9. Im a carboholic
10. I seriously know more about Star Wars than a woman should
11. I have traveled far and wide, but not much since Ive had kids and I miss that a little bit
12. I fell in love on a train to Paris, was engaged on a Greek isle and spent my two night honeymoon in a hotel in downtown Tulsa (we had no more vacation days left)
13. My children will never go to a sleep away camp
14. Im a People Pleaser, but Im trying harder to be an Amber Pleaser.
15. Im embarrassed to admit that the last book I read was Twilight and it is the first book I have finished in a year
16. I read people very quickly (apparently, unlike how I read books)
17. I have a reoccurring dream where I have to repeat 8th grade as an adult (something about transcripts that were lost) at Clyde Boyd Jr high. Something unresolved must have happened that yr!
18. Growing up I lived on 10 acres in the boonies, my first horses name was Shuggy and my first cows name was Button. But I was decidedly not a cowgirl.
19. I really believe the saying “Be careful what you wish for”, because more often than not it does come true and it might not be exactly what you expected
20. One of my children is so much like me that I have a new found respect for my parents patience
21. I dont like to use punctuation, its a waste of my time
22. I don’t believe in organized religion
23. I live by the mottos “Live and Let Live” and “To Each, His Own”
24. I think everyone is weird in their own way, it just depends on what kind of weird you are willing to live with
25. I want to be a foster parent one day when my boys are a little older
